The model
One of the buildings of the Ülemiste City project at 1:350. The Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (commonly known as Mainor) operates out of a modernized, multi-story administrative and educational facility.
The building is work-in-progress as of October 2026.
The initial StudIO model draft and the renders are made with the support of EstLUG club member Matias Jürgenson.
