The building
Valukoja 12 is a former foundry hall of the Dvigatel factory. Today it is Beach House Ülemiste.
Old colours, new facade
The model shows the building in its earlier colours. Since then, half of the real facade has been repainted black, which is easy to see in the photo.
When the model moves permanently into the Ülemiste City diorama, the bricks will be swapped to match the current colours.
The initial StudIO model draft and the renders are made with the support of EstLUG club member Matias Jürgenson.
