The model
One of the buildings of the Ülemiste City project at 1:350. It is a complex comprising two 10-story buildings, Lõõtsa 2A and 2B. Constructed in 2007–2008, and named after Ludvig Puusepp, an Estonian neurosurgeon from the early 20th century.
Construction in the area began in 2006, making Lõõtsa 2A the first new building in the Ülemiste City; prior to that, only nearby former industrial workshops had undergone renovation.
Currently, the ground floor of Lõõtsa 2A houses a private collection of plastic construction sets (including LEGO), and one of the exhibits is a diorama of the neighborhood, which I am slowly constructing. That is, in fact, the reason for the large red arrow here.
